SaniCrete ("we," "us," "our") manufactures and installs resinous and urethane cement flooring for food and beverage processing facilities. This policy explains what information we collect through www.sanicrete.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.

- Contact and quote requests. Name, company, email, phone, facility location, and project details you submit through our forms.
- Live chat. Messages you send through the chat widget on our site, and any contact details you provide there.
- Email sign-ups. Your email address if you subscribe to updates or request a promotional offer.
- Orders. If you purchase a product such as SaniPatch, our payment processor collects the billing and shipping details needed to complete your order.
Information collected automatically
- Usage data. Pages visited, time on site, referring site, approximate location (city or region), browser and device type.
- Cookies and similar technologies. Used for analytics, advertising measurement, and to keep the chat widget working.
We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16, and our site is intended for business use.
