Spice Room and Chemical Room renovation during Thanksgiving shutdown. SaniCrete STX with VR curbing throughout. Chemical Room received SaniCoat 250 CR for maximum chemical resistance. White line striping for clean zone delineation.

Poultry Facility — Weekend Floor Replacement
Complete 3,000 SF floor replacement over a single weekend. Demo Saturday, SaniCrete STX installed Sunday, plant back in full production Monday morning. Zero production days lost.

Christmas Shutdown — Production Floor Replacement
Full floor replacement during Christmas shutdown. Removed delaminated flooring, installed SaniCrete STX 3/8" stainless steel reinforced cementitious urethane with 250 linear feet of new curbing. Back in production on schedule.

Juice Processing Facility — Weekend Shutdown
50+ hour weekend blitz across two areas: 3,372 SF bottling floor with SaniCrete SL and quartz broadcast plus VR cant cove and SaniCoat curbing, and 1,440 SF packaging area with SaniFlow epoxy. Facility resumed production Monday — zero downtime.

Complete Facility Transformation — 7-Day Shutdown
Full production room renovation including 7 new spot drains, underground plumbing, SaniCrete STX flooring, VR curbing, and wall coating. Completed in one 7-day holiday shutdown.

Dairy Brick Replacement — SaniCrete SL
Removed 2,652 SF of failing dairy brick and replaced with SaniCrete SL, SaniBulk polymer concrete, 6" radius cove base, and quartz broadcast with sealcoat.

Beef Processing Floor Upgrade
Replaced delaminated epoxy with SaniCrete SL and colored quartz broadcast. Included full scarification, slope correction with SaniBulk polymer concrete, and new trench drains.

Production Room — Floor & Drain Replacement
Complete floor removal with 4 new round top drains, SaniCrete STX broadcasted to rejection, VR 2" cant cove, equipment leg grouting, and SaniCoat 200 sealcoat.

5,600 SF of production flooring installed in just 48 hours. Surface prep, floor installation, VR curbing, and sealcoat — all completed over one weekend with zero production days lost.

Chemical Processing — Severe Acid Corrosion
Severe corrosion from 50% sulfuric acid and 67% nitric acid. Installed SaniCrete SL with SaniEster vinyl ester topcoat for extreme chemical resistance under heavy forklift traffic.
