Protective Sealcoat & Coating System

SaniCrete PC is a light to medium duty, low viscosity and economical coating system built on the same polyurethane cement technology as our other SaniCrete products — without the coarse aggregates. It provides good abrasion and chemical resistance as a protective sealcoat over SaniCrete MD, SL, STX, HF, or VR. PC is not UV stable; for UV-exposed areas, ask about our SaniThane topcoat for UV stability.

Typically installed at 8-10 mils per coat, SaniCrete PC is ideal for sealing broadcasted flooring systems, priming concrete surfaces, and creating a sanitary lock coat on cove base transitions, curbing, and walls.
